1.About RavenNET

This policy explains how RavenNET collects, uses, stores and shares information.

2.Information collected

RavenNET does not require an account, login, name, email address or other account details. The app generates a random Synonym ID to associate observations with an app installation.

When a user activates a function that requires it, RavenNET may collect:

• Location and GPS data
• Photos and video
• Audio recordings

Each category is collected only when the relevant permission has been granted. If permission is denied, that category is not collected, and the quality or completeness of the observation may be reduced.

3.Purpose and use

RavenNET enables users to submit observations that help identify and assess possible drone activity. Observations may be combined and analysed to estimate drone presence, time, position, direction of movement and related vectors.

Sharing observations and resulting assessments with relevant government authorities is a core purpose of RavenNET.

NEGSIS ApS also uses submitted videos internally to train and improve its own automated video-based drone-detection systems. Videos are not shared with other organisations for their own training purposes.

4.Storage and sharing

Information is currently stored in Microsoft Azure infrastructure operated within the NEGSIS ApS environment. Depending on the deployment, information may instead be stored locally on associated hardware.

Observations may be transmitted to and shared with relevant government authorities for RavenNET's operational purpose.

Before observations are handed over to government authorities, the associated Synonym ID is removed to prevent the recipient from using that identifier to link the observations to the app installation. This removal does not necessarily make the observations themselves anonymous, as images, audio, video or location information may still identify individuals.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.

NEGSIS ApS does not sell personal information.

5.Retention and deletion

Submitted observations are currently retained and are not routinely deleted. Uninstalling RavenNET does not delete observations previously submitted to NEGSIS ApS.

RavenNET does not currently provide an in-app mechanism for deleting submitted observations.

Information is handled subject to applicable data protection requirements.

6.Children's privacy

RavenNET is not specifically directed at children. The app does not require users to provide identifying account information.

7.Security

NEGSIS ApS takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect collected information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

8.Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will be made available through the RavenNET app and its app store listing.
